Wine Road has 57 lodging members with a range of accommodations to suit all travelers in our three AVA’s. Whether you are looking for economy or luxury, solitude or jazzy surroundings, a small boutique inn, a modern hotel, cottages along the Russian River, a Victorian B & B, a contemporary B & B, a lodge and pool in the country, a larger property in a small city, a classic American motel, rooms right in the vineyards, views of valleys, views of the river or views of the Pacific Ocean, Wine Road has them all.

And those Heroes of Hospitality, those Sentinels of Clean Sheets, those Bakers of Breakfast are our innkeepers, managers and owners- it is they that MAKE the journey special, the recline and rest at the end of the day memorable, comfortable, romantic and fun.

The Elusive Innkeepers- always on task, are rarely spotted outside of their natural environment- THE PROPERTY- unless it is at the Safeway, Big John’s, Whole Foods, Farmers’ Market or perhaps the bakery, winery, linen shop or similar. Once in awhile, I am able to spot some, in daylight; the other day, was able to catch a few at an Innkeepers’ Luncheon on the terrace at Stonestreet Alexander Mountain Estate.
